c. In order to hit the $300,000.00 in Race Fees we would need to have 600 birds home from the 100 mile station at $500.00 per bird. With these rule changes we are very optimistic that the above payout will be close to the actual payout.

14. The first bird to trap must clock on its own, after it clocks the Race Organizers will use best efforts to get all of the remaining First Drop birds to clock prior to the arrival of subsequent drops of birds. The Race Organizers shall separate the first drop of birds in separate areas and will verify the arrival of the pigeons.

15. The First Drop will split their payout positions. After the First Drop, all remaining Capital Prizes will be paid by their position in the electronic clock.

16. All pools shall be paid by their position in the electronic clock. Pools will be cut 15% for race day expenses.

17. The Race Organizers will auction the first 50 birds the third week of November on I-Pigeon. The monies from the auction shall be split with 45% going to the Entrant, 45% going to the Race Organizers and 10% going to I-Pigeon for auction expenses.

18. By entering the race the Entrant agrees to provide a good pedigree for his Top 50 bird or for birds entered from outside the United States. If he fails to do so prior to the bird being posted on I-Pigeon then 90 % of the proceeds from the sale will be kept by the Race Organizers and 10% will go to I-Pigeon for auction expenses.

19. By entering the race the breeder agrees to provide a Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID number or 30% of your winnings will be withheld and sent to the Internal Revenue Service.
